If you want to replace the bit holder and the drill bit tip, pull the holder straight out from the drill. (Again use pliers if it is tight.) It is better if you can remove the heatsink. The thermally conductive paste between processor & heatsink may have dried. Remove the dried paste & apply new thermally conductive paste (silicon based) on the processor. It fills up the micro-gaps between processor & heatsink to cool the processor fast.
